How long does the programme last?
The duration of the programme depends on your individual nail growth and needs, but typically it includes 5 nail sessions scheduled 2/3 weeks apart to achieve optimal results.
What is Builder Gel, and how does it work?
Builder Gel is a thicker, strengthening gel applied to your nails to provide extra support, protection, and structure. It works by creating a protective barrier that allows your natural nails to grow without breaking.
How often will I need to come in for appointments?
Appointments are usually spaced every 2-3 weeks, depending on your nail growth and maintenance needs. We’ll discuss the best schedule for you during your initial consultation. We ask that appointments be scheduled with no more than 3 weeks of each other to prevent the builder gel from growing out too much. This helps avoid the gel becoming top-heavy on the nail, which could lead to breakage of the newly forming nail.
Will the Builder Gel damage my natural nails?
No, when applied and removed correctly by a professional, Builder Gel should not damage your natural nails. In fact, it helps to protect and strengthen them as they grow.
Can I still have a colour or nail art during the programme?
Yes! You can still enjoy a gel polish colour coat as part of your builder gel applications. Please note that nail art is not included in this package. Throughout the programme, we’ll work with you to create beautiful nails that match your style while keeping your natural nails healthy.
How do I maintain my nails between appointments?
We’ll provide you with tailored advice and care tips to maintain your nails between appointments. This may include cuticle oil recommendations, avoiding harsh chemicals, and tips for protecting your nails.
