After purchasing your session, you’ll receive a mentoring form via email. This allows you to share your specific goals and areas you’d like to focus on, ensuring we make the most of your time.​

Where are the sessions held?
Totally Polished Academy, 15 High Street Tadcaster, LS24 9AP.
We are conveniently located between York and Leeds with accessible bus routes throughout the town. Additionally, there is a car park directly opposite our location where you can enjoy free all-day parking.
Are there any qualifications needed before enrolling?
A prior nail qualification, such as in gel systems, builder gel, or acrylics, is required to enrol onto a mentoring session. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team via email or phone.

Do I need to bring a model?
No model is required as you will be working on yourself.
Please arrive with nails that need infilling and ideally with a full colour overlay. This can be builder gel or gel.

What time does the session run?
We offer two session times 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm, you can select your preferred time at the checkout.

What is your refund policy?
Our mentoring sessions are non-refundable, and the location is fixed. If you are unable to attend, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you with an alternative date if possible.
